Our Story
Welcome and thank you so much for visiting! At the age of 5, I was diagnosed with a developmental delay in fine motor skills. As my frustration grew, I began paying closer attention to both my weaknesses and my strengths. Soon, I noticed how I had random talents that could be useful to others. I made these strengths visible, preventing my delay from becoming my defining feature.

With a group of passionate volunteers, I started EnAbility to achieve one main mission: to help people with disabilities redefine themselves by their strengths. We hope that through our work, society will not see disability as a burden and instead recognize the diverse and wide-ranging abilities of this talented group of people.​​

Milestones
Beginnings & Growth
2021
Created promotional video that raised 9,600 USD and won second place in Asian Charity Services Teens Give competition.
2022
First version of EnAbility launched as a mobile application for Hong Kong users that connected employers with employees with disabilities.
2023
Update launched: new online platform with more functions and a variety of different services.
EnAbility CVs
CV creation service created for people with disabilities to post on jobsearch platforms such as LinkedIn.
New Objective
Inspired by the growing trend of remote work that reduces accessibility issues, EnAbility starts to focus on providing remote work opportunities to people with disabilities. We can now serve a community with a much wider range of disabilities.

New Operating Model
While we continue to match people with disabilities to employers on our own platform, we also utilize the power of freelance and jobsearch platforms. We start helping people with disabilities manage their accounts and facilitate communication on these platforms.​

Amidst dwindling user traffic, EnAbility goes offline and works through in-person interactions.
EnAbility Volunteering
Our volunteers begin visiting vocational workshops to equip people with disabilities with tech skills.
2025
After dozens of pitches, we establish partnerships with several major charities!
