Do I need to pay a fee to use the platform?

EnAbility is a non-profit platform that is completely free to use! We are fully funded by non-profit organizations to serve the disability community.

How do I join EnAbility?

You can join EnAbility as a member or a volunteer. We suggest that you watch our introductory video so you get an idea of what we do! If you are interested in joining EnAbility, please contact us at enability.info@gmail.com.

What if I don't know what jobs are suitable for me?

Please contact us at enability.info@gmail.com and our team will create a customized plan to achieve your employment goals.

When are the workshops offered?

We hold in-person free workshops for our members every other Thursday starting at 3:30 p.m. at the HKRP center in Kowloon. We also offer personalized instructional sessions on Zoom.

Are the staff members qualified?

Yes! While EnAbility is run by high schoolers, our team has years of freelancing, graphic design, and website development skills. We invite industry professionals to teach our workshops, ensuring that users receive the best instruction. Our officers are well-versed in platforms such as GitHub, Canva, Wix, WordPress, and other platforms. They also have experience working on Fiverr and Upwork. Why should I prioritize disability-inclusive hiring?

You gain access to a large, under-tapped talent pool, higher retention, stronger problem-solving, and improved innovation. Hiring employees with disabilities also allows you to meet ESG goals.

What if performance issues arise?

Our platform acts as a facilitator that makes communication much easier. We have quarterly check-ins with our members and ensure that they can meet targets. Feel free to contact us and we will find solutions to performance-related issues.

What language should we use?

Please use respectful, person‑first or identity‑first per individual preference (e.g., “person with a disability” or “disabled person”). Contact us if you have any questions about inclusive language!
