Our team curates openings, vets employers, and recommends best‑fit positions based on skills, schedule, and growth goals. We also handle practical hurdles such as setting up profiles on leading job‑search platforms and freelance platforms. We also configure alerts so opportunities come to you. Candidates receive guided support to script and film compelling video CVs, refine resumes and portfolios, and sharpen interview skills with mock sessions and feedbackreports. We make remote employment clear, credible, and attainable for people with disabilities.

Engage lets us continue to support our users after they have found remote work. We help facilitate communication between employers and our users. We have a long‑term partnership with our users, offering tech support and communication workshops. Our volunteers also answer urgent issues that our users might have.
